The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The gift card can be used once, so remember to use the full amount when ordering.

My code is not working, what do I do?
- If you have tried to make a purchase, but e.g. have used an invalid card, your code will be blocked for 20 minutes. Wait and try again!

Can I cancel my purchase?
- Yes, you have a 14-day right to cancel.
Can I use the gift card more than once?
- No, each gift card can only be used once.
